Stone + Stem values the privacy of our customers and website visitors. This Privacy Policy describes in greater detail how Stone + Stem may collect and use your personal information. First and foremost, we will only use your personal information to facilitate your use of this Website, fulfillment of your Orders for Stone + Stem products, and for marketing communications described below. We do not and will not sell any of your personal data to third parties, although of course we need to provide certain of your information to our shipping providers in order to have your purchased items sent to you. We will also from time to time send you emails announcing new product offerings, but each email will provide the ability for you to opt-out of such communications going forward.
Because of the nature of our products (cement is heavy!!), Stone + Stem currently only markets and sells products to customers in the United States. As such, we do not intend to collect any personal data on any resident of another country. At such time as Stone + Stem decides to market its products to countries outside the United States, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
Please note that the Stone + Stem Website is hosted on Squarespace, and payments for purchases on the Stone + Stem Website are processed with Stripe, each of which has their own Privacy Policies.
